Executive Coaching

  •  Coaching for Leadership: One of the most common pieces of feedback we hear relates to an executive that is seen as technically strong, but has one or more ‘leadership’ or ‘stylistic’ traits that are holding them back, or diminishing their effectiveness. 
Coaching for Leadership seeks to achieve agreed goals and positive change focused upon leadership effectiveness. We also commonly work with "hi-potential" employees to build the leadership capabilities required for them to take on larger/broader leadership roles in the near future. Commonly, our coaching engagements may also include a stakeholder feedback exercise, or additional psychometric tools in order to establish strong self-awareness. Close engagement and progress feedback to sponsoring manager/s is an important component. 



 

  • New Leader Transition Coaching: “Set up for Success”. 
Arguably, one of the most challenging and stressful periods in an executive’s career comes when they move into a challenging new role. New Leader Transition Coaching is designed to set them up for success and facilitate a strong start in the new role. It takes the new leader through progressive stages of assimilation and addresses ongoing sustainability. It culminates by providing detailed feedback and go-forward action plans. Close engagement and progress feedback to sponsoring manager/s is an important component. 


  • HR Head (or HR Senior) Coaching and Mentoring: With decades of experience operating at the most senior levels in almost every facet of the HR function, Peter is well placed to coach and mentor in this space, and focus upon how to make the HR Head/HR Senior, or the total HR function as effective and aligned to the needs of the firm as possible.


(Note: All coaching can be undertaken virtually if preferred)

New Leader Assimilation (NLA)

This process is designed to enhance and speed the effective assimilation of a newly appointed leader into their role. NLA’s are designed to provide new leaders (3-6mths in role) with comprehensive, non-attributed feedback, and go-forward action plans.
